Dear Friends, ART CENTER SURVEY
In 2006, the St. Albans area hosted the Creative Community forums where the community overwhelmingly chose an Arts and Cultural Center as a priority. Individuals and volunteers from area arts groups have been working to make the Center a reality since then.
Central to our discussion was whether “Build an Arts Center,” meant actual construction or using existing space to create one. We’ve considered both options and come up with an idea of what the Arts and Cultural Center should do, rather than how or where art or culture happens, or the things we think an Arts and Cultural Center might need.
The Mission Statement and this survey are some of the results of this effort.
We have a unique opportunity to build something that will take our area up another level in the arts, in entertainment and in community growth. Now we need your help.
We’ve looked at what can be done to create an Arts and Cultural Center. You, along with your neighbors, can help decide what should be done to make an Arts and Cultural Center a vital part of your lives. Please help us by filling out and returning this survey.
